TUMIS TERONG
Bahan :
π 2 buah terong, potong sesuai selera
π teri secukupnya, goreng matang
π Air secukupnya.
Bumbu ulek:
π Bawang putih secukupnya
π Bawang merah secukupnya
π tomat secukupnya
π cabe merah secukupnya
π cabe rawit secukupnya
π trasi secukupnya
π garam secukupnya
π Gula secukupnya
π Penyedap secukupnya
Cara Membuat:
π Tumis bumbu ulek hingga harum
π Masukkan terong dan teri lalu aduk hingga rata
π tuang air secukupnya
π masak hingga terong matang.
π Tes rasa.. Dirasa sudah pas masak sebentar.
π sajikan.

π 2 eggplants, cut according to taste
π anchovies to taste, fried thoroughly
π Enough water.
Ginger seasoning:
π Garlic to taste
π Onion to taste
π Tomato to taste
π red pepper to taste
π cayenne pepper to taste
π TRACE to taste
π salt to taste
π Sugar to taste
π Flavoring to taste
How to make:
π Stir-fry the seasoning until it smells good
π Add eggplant and anchovies and stir until blended
