ASEM BANDENG BUMBU HALUS(Asem Milkfish Fine Spices) (

Bahan :

- 1 kg ikan bandeng, lumuri dengan perasan jeruk nipis, diamkan lalu cuci sampai bersih
- 6 buah belimbing wuluh
- 1 buah tomat ukuran sedang (potong-potong)
- 3 batang serai (geprek)
- 1 jempol laos
- 2 lmbr daun salam
- 6 lmbr daun jeruk
- cabe kecil utuh secukupnya
- kaldu ayam bubuk secukupnya
- garam secukupnya
- gula pasir secukupnya
- kemangi / optional
- air ±1 liter untuk kuah ikan

Bumbu halus :

- 10 siung bawang merah
- 7 siung bawang putih
- 5 buah cabe merah keriting
- 3 buah cabe merah besar
- cabe kecil secukupnya sesuai selera
- ½ telunjuk jahe
- 6 biji kemiri
- ¼ telunjuk kunyit
Ulek semua bumbu halus

Cara buat :
- tumis bumbu halus sampai harum, masukkan serai, laos, daun jeruk, dan daun salam. Lalu aduk-aduk, masukkan air Sampai mendidih
