(MACKEREL FRIED ACID SAUCE) TENGIRI GORENG SAUS ASAM GURIHH

Bahan :⠀

400gram ikan tenggiri🐟⠀
1 sendok teh asam jawa +⠀
150ml air(remas" buang ampas)⠀
1 sendok mkn FiberCreme⠀
3 sendok mkn kecap manis⠀
3 butir bawang merah(iris kasar)⠀
8 cabe rawit(iris")⠀
Secukupnya:⠀
Garam,lada dan gula.⠀

Cara masak :⠀

-Cuci bersih ikan diair mengalir lalu marinated 30mnt dengan dikit garam dan lada.⠀
-Setelah 30mnt goreng ikan sampai matang.sisihkan⠀
-Didihkan air asam lalu masukan FiberCreme dan kecap manis.⠀
-Masak sampai mengental baru masukan ikan goreng tadi,potongan bawang merah dan cabe rawit.⠀
-Bumbui dikit garam dan gula aduk rata.tes rasanya bila sudah pas manis asam gurihhh dan pedasnya.
