NASI UDUK KUNING ( YELLOW RICE UDUK )


BAHAN-BAHAN :

- 1 liter beras 
- secukupnya air 
- 65 ml santan (saya pakai merk Bumas) 
- secukupnya minyak goreng untuk menumis 
- 2 tangkai sereh 
- 2 lembar daun pandan 
- 2 lembar daun salam 
- 2 lembar daun jeruk purut 
- 1 ruas lengkuas 

BUMBU HALUS : 
- 5 siung bawang merah 
- 2 siung bawang putih 
- 2 ruas kunyit 
- secukupnya garam 

LANGKAH-LANGKAH

Cuci beras sampai bersih. Sisihkan.

Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, dan kunyit.

Tumis bumbu halus dengan minyak secukupnya hingga wangi. Masukkan salam, sereh, lengkuas, daun pandan aduk rata. Masukkan santan dan sedikit air.

Tempatkan beras di wadah magicom, masukkan bumbu yg sudah ditumis. Tambahkan air hingga 1 buku jari lebih sedikit. 

Nyalakan tombol cook di magicom, tunggu sampai matang.

INGREDIENTS :

- 1 liter of rice
- enough water
- 65 ml coconut milk (I use Bumas brand)
- sufficient cooking oil for sauteing
- 2 lemongrass stalks
- 2 pandan leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 sheets of kaffir lime leaves
- 1 galangal segment

GROUND SPICES :
- 5 cloves of shallot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 turmeric segments
- to taste salt

STEPS

Wash rice thoroughly. Set aside.

Puree onion, garlic, and turmeric.

Saute ground spices with enough oil until fragrant. Enter greetings, lemongrass, galangal, pandan leaves and stir well. Add coconut milk and a little water.

Place the rice in the magicom container, add the seasoning that has been sauteed. Add up to 1 knuckle of water.

Turn on the cook button on the magicom, wait for it to cook.
