PESMOL IKAN MAS ( GOLD FISH PESMOL )

Bahan :

- ikan mas 2 ekor 

Bumbu halus:
- cabai merah
- cabai rawit ijo dan merah
- gula pasir buat penyedap 
- bawang merah 6 siung
- bawang putih 3 siung 
- kemiri 5 butir
- kunyit 4cm
- jahe 3cm
- garam (untuk taburan ikan saat mw digoreng)
- royco 1 bungkus rasa ayam (penyedap rasa)
- minyak goreng

Bahan tambahan
- salam 3 lembar
- daun jeruk 3 lembar
- lengkuas 5cm
- sereh 1 batang

Cara membuat
- ikan dicuci bersih dan langsung dikasih garam sedikit biar saat digoreng ngga lengket .

- panaskan minyak .. saat panas ikan digoreng hingga kering (sesuai selera ) ya Bun .. aku suukaa.y kering garing 😁😁 lalu diangkat dan ditiriskan dari minyak.y

- tumis bumbu halus dan bahan tambahan.y sampai wangii dan benar-benar matang bumbu.y masukin penyedap rasa Royco ayam tambahkan gula sedikit .. 

- terakhir ikan ditaro di piring dan siram dengan bumbu pesmol.y ..

The main ingredient :

- 2- Gold fish

Ground spices:
- Red chili pepper
- green and red cayenne peppers
- sugar for flavoring
- 6 cloves onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- hazelnut 5 items
- 4cm turmeric
- 3cm ginger
- salt (for sprinkling fish when you fry it)
- Royco 1 pack of chicken flavor (flavoring)
- cooking oil

Additional ingredients
- greetings 3 pieces
- 3 pieces of orange leaf
- galangal 5cm
- lemongrass 1 stick

How to make
- The fish are washed clean and immediately given a little salt so when fried is not sticky.

- heat the oil .. when the fish is hot fried until dry (to taste) yes Bun .. I suukaa.y dry crisp 😁😁 then lifted and drained from oil.y

- saute ground spices and additives.y until fragrant and thoroughly cooked spices.y put in the flavoring Royco chicken add a little sugar ..

- Finally, put the fish on a plate and flush with pesmol seasoning.
