TUMIS TERONG 

Bahan : 
πŸ† 2 buah terong, potong sesuai selera 
πŸ† teri secukupnya, goreng matang
πŸ† Air secukupnya. 

Bumbu ulek: 
πŸ† Bawang putih secukupnya 
πŸ† Bawang merah secukupnya 
πŸ† tomat secukupnya 
πŸ† cabe merah secukupnya 
πŸ† cabe rawit secukupnya 
πŸ† trasi secukupnya 
πŸ† garam secukupnya 
πŸ† Gula secukupnya 
πŸ† Penyedap secukupnya

Cara Membuat: 
πŸ† Tumis bumbu ulek hingga harum 
πŸ† Masukkan terong dan teri lalu aduk hingga rata 
πŸ† tuang air secukupnya 
πŸ† masak hingga terong matang. 
πŸ† Tes rasa.. Dirasa sudah pas masak sebentar. 
πŸ† sajikan.

πŸ† anchovies to taste, fried thoroughly
πŸ† Enough water.

Ginger seasoning:
πŸ† Garlic to taste
πŸ† Onion to taste
πŸ† Tomato to taste
πŸ† red pepper to taste
πŸ† cayenne pepper to taste
πŸ† TRACE to taste
πŸ† salt to taste
πŸ† Sugar to taste
πŸ† Flavoring to taste

How to make:
πŸ† Stir-fry the seasoning until it smells good
πŸ† Add eggplant and anchovies and stir until blended
πŸ† Pour enough water
πŸ† cook until the eggplants are cooked.
πŸ† The taste test .. I think it's just right for a while.
