BEEF RIB SOUP ( SOP IGA SAPI )

Sop Iga Sapi .

. ✔️Bahan:

500 gr iga sapi
5 batang buncis potong2
Seledri iris
Bawang goreng
1 buah tomat belah 4
Kayu manis
Kapulaga
Cengkeh
Lada bubuk
Garam
2 liter air
.
✔️Bumbu halus :

6 siung bamer
4 siung baput
1 iris jahe
.
.
🔺️Cara membuat :

Masukkan 1 liter air kedalam slowcook dan godog iga selama 1 jam lalu buang airnya
.
Tuang 1 liter air kedalam slowcook lalu godog lagi daging selama 4 jam .
Tumis bumbu halus dengan menambahkan kapulaga, kayumanis,cengkeh dan lada bubuk lalu aduk rata sampai harum
.
Tuang air kaldu sapi dan iga kedalam bumbu halus, masak dengan api besar selama 15 menit lalu koreksi rasa dengan menambahkan garam
.
masukkan tomat dan buncis lalu masak selama 15 menit dan matikan api
.
Sajikan dengan menambahkan daun seledri dan bawang goreng ...


Material:

500 gr beef ribs
5 pieces of chickpeas cut into pieces

🔺️How to make:
