TUMIS TAHU KOPONG ( Saute Tofu with hollow )

Bahan :

Tahu kopong secukupnya
3 siung bawang putih halus
5 cabe rawit merah iris
Daun bawang secukupnya
4 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdt garam 
1 sdm gula
2 sdt merica
1 sdt perasa
Air secukupnya 
Larutan tepung maizena

Cara :
1. Panaskan minyak di wajan goreng tahu kopong sebentar, angkat dan sisihkan.
2. Panaskan sedikit minyak di wajan tumis bawang putih halus dan cabe rawit sampai wangi masukkan saus tiram dan kecap asin aduk rata.
3. Masukkan air secukupnya tambahkan gula, garam, merica, perasa dan air secukupnya aduk rata.
4. Masukkan tahu kopong aduk rata dan tutup selama 2 menit biarkan meresap. 
5. Tambahkan larutan tepung maizena aduk rata taburi daun bawang dan cabe rawit.
6. Siap di sajikan selagi panas. 


Material :

Tofu kopong to taste
