Bahan kulit :
300gr tepung terigu
2butir telur
65ml santan kara
450ml air
1sdm gula pasir
1/2sdt garam
Pasta pandan secukupnya
Vanilla secukupnya (optional)

Cara membuat dadar :
- Campurkan semua bahan aduk sampai tercampur rata.
- Panaskan wajan, tuang satu sendok sayur putar wajan dan ratakan.
- Masak sampai adonan bisa lepas dari wajan, angkat.
- Lakukan sampai adonan habis.

Bahan Unti Kelapa :
100gr kelapa parut (sy pakai kelapa kering)
150gr gula merah
150ml air
1/2sdt garam
1lembar daun pandan .
Cara membuat unti kelapa :
- Masak air, gula merah, daun pandan, garam, sampai gula larut dan mandidih.
- Masukan kalapa parut aduk rata, sampai kering. Angkat biarkan dingin dan siap pakai untuk isian.
- Memasak unti kepala cukup menggunakan api kecil.

300gr wheat flour

65ml coconut milk

1sdm granulated sugar

How to make omelette:
- Mix all ingredients stir until well blended.

Coconut Unti Material:
100gr grated coconut (I use dried coconut)
150gr brown sugar
150ml of water
1/2 salt
1 sheet of pandan leaves.
How to make coconut unti:
- Cook water, brown sugar, pandan leaves, salt, until the sugar dissolves and mandidih.
- Put when grated stir well, until dry. Lift to cool and ready to use for stuffing.
- Cooking unti head is enough to use low heat.
