FLUSH POKCOY SAUCE MUSHROOM ( POKCOY SIRAM SAUS JAMUR⁣⁣ )

Bahan :⁣⁣

4 ikat pokcoy, bersihkan, potong ujungnya⁣⁣
1 kaleng kecil jamur kancing kaleng, iris⁣⁣
3 siung bawang putih, cincang⁣⁣
2 siung bawang merah, cincang⁣⁣
1 sdm saus tiram⁣⁣
1 sdm kecap manis⁣⁣
1 sdt kecap asin⁣⁣
Garam dan lada secukupnya⁣⁣
1 sdt gula pasir⁣⁣
1 sdt minyak wijen⁣⁣
1 sdt maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air⁣⁣
Air secukupnya (kira-kira 1 gelas belimbing)
⁣⁣
Cara Masak :⁣⁣

1. Rebus pokcoy didalam air mendidih sebentar saja. Angkat dan tiriskan, susun didalam piring.⁣⁣
2. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai wangi, lalu masukkan jamur. Tumis sebentar.⁣⁣
3. Masukkan air secukupnya, aduk rata. Bumbuin dengan saus tiram, kecap manis, kecap asin, garam dan gula.⁣⁣
4. Masukkan lada dan minyak wijen, aduk rata, cicipin, koreksi rasa, lalu masukkan maizena, aduk rata lagi.⁣⁣
5. Masak sampai mengental, angkat lalu siram diatas pokcoy⁣⁣

Material: ⁣⁣

4 tie pokcoy, clean, cut the ends⁣⁣
1 small can of buttoned mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, chopped⁣⁣
2 cloves shallot, chopped⁣⁣
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce⁣⁣
1 teaspoon soy sauce⁣⁣
Salt and pepper to taste⁣⁣
1 teaspoon sugar⁣⁣
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolve with a little water⁣⁣
Adequate water (about 1 glass of star fruit)

How to Cook: ⁣⁣

1. Boil pokcoy in boiling water only briefly. Remove and drain, arrange in a plate
2. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant, then add the mushrooms. Saute for a moment
3. Enter enough water, stir well. Seasoning with oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and sugar
4. Add the pepper and sesame oil, stir well, taste, correct the flavor, then add cornstarch, stir again again.⁣⁣
5. Cook until thickened, lift then flush on top of pokcoy
