MACKAREL TUNA HOT CHILLI ( IKAN TONGKOL BALADO )

IKAN TONGKOL BALADO

Bahan :

1kg ikan tongkol segar
1 ikat bunga bawang
4 asam kandis
Garam

Bumbu balado
200 gr cabe merah kriting
10 siung bawang merah
1 tomat merah ukr besar

Caranya :

1. Cuci bersih tongkol, lalu rebus dalam panci (sampe ikan terendam air) dengan tambahan 1sdm garam dan 4 asam kandis, setelah ikan matang, tiriskan.
2. Goreng ikan sebentar dalam minyak panas sampai kecoklatan, tapi jangan sampai terlalu kering ya karena ikan sudah matang
3. Ulek kasar bumbu balado, tumis dalam minyak panas, tunggu sekitar 2 menit lalu masukkan potongan bunga bawang, masak sampai balado matang dan tanak (keluar minyak) dengan api kecil, bumbui dengan garam, campurkan balado dengan ikan goreng.

* oya, minyak nya di wajan keliatan melimpah yah, tapi waktu di pindah ke piring saji minyaknya gak di tuang semua, karena untuk tumisan balado yang enak memang harus banyak minyak biar gak kering dan seret
