Bahan :
500 gr daging sapi, diiris2
2 sdm asam jawa, larutkan dg air secukupnya
5 sdm kecap manis
2 sdm kecap asin
Garam, gula, merica secukupnya
.
Cara masak :
1. Cuci daging, iris2 kasih air asam jawa, kecap manis, kecap asin, garam, gula dan merica. Aduk rata. Simpan dikulkas semalaman
2. Panaskan minyak di wajan masukkan daging beserta bumbu. Masak sampai daging agak kering
3.Tambahkan air, ungkep sampai daging empuk. Cicipi tambahkan kecap2an kalo kurang rasa
4. Setelah daging cukup empuk. Angkat. Sajikan
Material :
500 gr beef, sliced 2
2 tbsp tamarind, dissolve with enough water
5 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt, sugar, pepper to taste

How to cook:
1. Wash the meat, slice the tamarind water, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and pepper. Stir well. Store it overnight
