SATE AYAM MANIS ( SWEET CHICKEN SATE )

Bahan :
- 500 gr Dada ayam, iris panjang
Bumbu halus:
- 8 bh Bawang merah
- 5 siung Bawang putih
- Seruas Laos
- 1 sdm Ketumbar
- 3 btr Kemiri
- Secukupnya Gula merah, iris halus
- 2 sdm Madu
- Kaldu jamur, garam, merica, gula pasir, kecap manis (secukupnya saja kalo dirasa asin manisnya sdh pas)
Bumbu oles:
- Margarin, kecap manis (campur jadi satu)

Cara membuat :
1. Haluskan semua bumbu dan diaduk sampai rata.
2. Campur irisan daging ayam dengan bumbu, biarkan meresap minimal 15 menit atau boleh didiamkan semalaman biar tambah meresap bumbunya (jadi bikinnya dr malem).
3. Tusuk daging ayam dengan tusuk sate, lalu bakar sambil dioles2 campuran margarin dan kecap manis hingga matang

Material :

- 500 gr Chicken breast, long slices
Ground spices:
- 8 pcs Shallots
- 5 cloves Garlic
- Seruas Laos
- 1 tablespoon Coriander
- 3 btr Candlenut
- To taste brown sugar, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- Mushroom broth, salt, pepper, granulated sugar, soy sauce (to taste if salty is sweet enough)
Topping season:
- Margarine, sweet soy sauce (mix into one)

How to make :
1. Blend all spices and stir until smooth.
2. Mix the chicken meat slices with seasoning, let it sit for a minimum of 15 minutes or may leave it for the night to add to the seasoning (so make it from the night).
3. Prick chicken with skewers, then roast while rubbing a mixture of margarine and soy sauce until cooked
