Semur Daging Pedas(Spicy Meat Stews)

Bahan : 

300 gr Daging sapi (bagian has), iris2
2 bh Kentang, potong2 dan goreng
3 lbr Daun salam
1 btg Serai, memarkan
2 bh Bunga lawang/pekak
4 cm Kayu manis
1/4 sdt Merica bubuk
3-4 sdm Kecap manis
Garam & Gula secukupnya
50 ml Santan kental
Air secukupnya
.
Bumbu halus :

6 bh Bawang merah
4 bh Bawang putih
4 bh Cabe merah besar
5 bh Cabe rawit merah (sesuai selera)
3 bh Kemiri, disangrai
1 ruas Jahe
1/4 bh Pala
1 sdt Ketumbar butir
.

Cara buat :

*Tumis bumbu halus bersama serai, pekak, kayu manis & daun salam sampai harum dan matang. Masukkan irisan daging, tumis kembali. Tambahkan air secukupnya.
* Tunggu mendidih, tuang santan dan beri garam, gula, merica & kecap manis. Masak sambil sesekali diaduk hingga daging matang dan mulai empuk, masukkan kentang goreng. Masak sampai kuah meresap...

Spicy Meat Stews

material : 

300 gr Beef (part has), sliced
2 pcs Potatoes, cut and fried
3 lb. bay leaves
1 btg Lemongrass, memarkan
2 pcs Lawang flowers / deaf
4 cm Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
3-4 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt & Sugar to taste
50 ml thick coconut milk
Enough water
.
Ground spices :
6 pcs Shallots
4 pcs Garlic
4 pcs big red chili
5 pcs red cayenne pepper (according to taste)
3 pcs Pecan, roasted
1 segment of Ginger
1/4 pcs Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Coriander grain
.

Way :

* Saute ground spices with lemongrass, kingfisher, cinnamon & bay leaf until fragrant and cooked. Add sliced ​​meat, saute again. Add enough water.
